Took my Hyundai Elantra Hybrid in for service. Went to service desk they had all my info in computer. Dan asked for my keys and stated he was moving car around back and would call when done. This took appro 2 minutes at best. Went back when called advisor went over new key fob and went around back and moved car to front door for me. This lasted at best 10 minutes. What else could you ask for ?

So far so good. My salesman was Shawn Herman and he was outstanding. In 2019 i was in the market for a new vehicle and the Palisade was at the top of my list. Shawn was my salesman. Circumstances dictated that I didn’t make my purchase until 20 months later. Shawn was as considerate 20 months later as he was on day one. At only 3000 miles I haven’t needed any service yet so I can’t comment on anything beyond the sales team.

6/3/19 started out to gather information on new Hyundai models as the lease on my Buick was coming to an end. As a surprise to us, with great help from Vic Yakin, we very easily found the car we wanted and completed the deal. Vic was very accommodating when we needed to run out to pick up our granddaughter before the deal was complete. Taylor Brown was very professional and helpful with his part of the transaction also.
